Very friendly staff, clean environment and well stocked. It smells so nice it feels like you are standing on the beach smelling the ocean breeze.

I love my hot tub. I also never thought I'd use it year round. It's awesome to have so many choices in jet packs that I can change out when I need or want to. I've had my tub for almost 2 years now and I only see the Watermark staff when I need more supplies. They are always friendly and very helpful. I'm in love with my Bullfrog Spa!!!

In a world where customer service seems to be less of a priority, Watermark sets itself way apart from the rest. I couldnt be happier with the service I receive and how eager the team is to help me. Purchased our first hot tub from them in 1993. We upgraded in 2005. We buy all of our hot tub supplies from them. They’re the greatest! Customer service is the best around. One winter, right at Christmas, we had a power bump and didn’t know it. A pipe froze and broke. They made us a priority to get it fixed...we live 109 miles away!
